Launching from high above the pitch, you’ll soar across this iconic football stadium, taking in breathtaking views and experiencing the thrill of flight in one of Scotland’s most unique fundraising events. Whether you’re an adrenaline seeker, taking on a personal challenge, or looking for an unforgettable day out with friends, family or colleagues, Stadium Soar is an exhilarating zipline experience to remember.

By entering this challenge to raise funds on behalf of Ardgowan Hospice, we ask that you raise a minimum sponsorship amount of £250 to take part in the above event. This will also cover the cost of your place at the event.

FAQs

How high up is the zipline? The height of the zipline is 16 meters/52 feet, and you will bravely slide 150 meters/492 feet over across Barclays Hampden.

Are there any restrictions? If you are under 12 years old, pregnant, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you cannot participate. You must be at least 12 years of age on the date of the event. Participants aged 12 – 17 years require a parent or legal guardian to be present at the event and to sign the waiver on the participant’s behalf.

Are there any weight or size limits? Minimum participant weight is 30 kg/4.7 stone. Maximum participant weight is 120 kg/18.9 stone. Waist harnesses fit waist size of 40 cm/15.7 inches up to 120 cm/47.2 inches.

Can I zip slide if I have a medical condition? If any of the following apply, you must seek professional medical advice before participating and sign a non-standard waiver.

• High blood pressure
• Heart condition
• Suffer from dizziness or epilepsy
• Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes
• Asthma
• Medication – if you are taking any form of prescribed medication, please inform us of how this may affect you
• Aged 50 years or above – we strongly advise that you seek medical advice prior to taking part.
