Our Board of Trustees delegates the day-to-day management of Ardgowan Hospice to our Chief Executive who appoints the Senior Management Team and a Lead Clinician.

The hospice employs 104 full and part-time staff across a range of clinical and medical services as well as support functions such as finance, human resources, facilities, fundraising and retail.  Of course we couldn’t do it without the dedication and commitment of our volunteers to.  Find out more about our volunteers by clicking here.
