Ardgowan Hospice Announces Ardgowan Distillery and Arnold Clark as headline supporters of their 2023 Annual Ball.
Ardgowan Hospice is proud to announce the support of Ardgowan Distillery and Arnold Clark as headline sponsors of their 2023 Annual Ball.
The Annual Ball is Ardgowan Hospice’s key fundraising event of the year, with the 2022 Ruby Ball generating £40,000 towards vital and compassionate patient care in Inverclyde.
“The generous support from both Ardgowan Distillery and Arnold Clark will help cover many of the costs that go into making the Ball a memorable and spectacular night for our guests” said Joanna Hunter, Fundraising Manager at Ardgowan Hospice; “this ensures that even more of the funds raised on the night can go directly to continuing and developing new patient services in our local community.”
Arnold Clark is a returning supporter of Ardgowan Hospice and we’re excited to welcome them back to the Annual Ball.

Ardgowan Distillery are being welcomed for the first time as an event supporter and we’re looking forward to working with this exciting up-and-coming company. Supporting people when their loved ones are dying is essential and we’re so pleased to be contributing to such an important community resource.”
The sold-out event takes place this March 4th in Greenock Town Hall with star host, Des Clarke returning by popular demand. Ardgowan Hospice looks forward to greeting our guests, and our headline supporters, Ardgowan Distillery and Arnold Clark, to the event.

“Ardgowan Distillery have ambitious plans to build a wonderful new distillery and visitor centre on the Ardgowan Estate near Inverkip, west of Glasgow.
While the distillery is under construction, Master Whisky Maker Max McFarlane (who lives just a mile from the site) is creating his own series of whiskies under the ‘Clydebuilt’ label. The second and third of these whiskies – Shipwright and Sailmaker – are now available to buy online and in specialist selected retailers.
