Set a running goal this summer and Jog into July for Ardgowan Hospice – from July 1st, pick a distance goal, lace up your shoes, put on your free t-shirt and start running!
March into March was so much fun that we’re bringing it back for July with a faster twist! Supporters of Ardgowan Hospice can get fit while supporting their hospice by Jogging throughout July. We’re asking supporters to pick a running goal this July, don their free hospice t-shirt, create a sponsorship page, and take to the streets for Ardgowan.
If you’re taking part, please make sure to follow any and all updated COVID restrictions at the time, including, but not limited to, the number of people you can run with, distance you can safely travel from your house and avoiding crowded places .

How far should I run?
It’s entirely up to you and what you feel a personal challenge would be. For some this will be 10k steps a day, others may wish to go much farther over several miles, others may wish to do much less. It’s all about your own personal health, fitness and/or ability level. We want Jog into July to be inclusive to anyone who wants to take part.
Do I have to run?
Not at all. While the main theme is jogging, you can also walk, cycle, row or any other method of getting from point a to point b!
How will COVID impact this event?
It’s impossible to predict how COVID will impact this event. Health is our priority so we urge all participants to make sure they’re following the most up to date restrictions in their area as we enter July – Number of people from outside your household you can run with. The distance you can be from your home. Avoiding overly crowded locations. Keeping a safe distance.
