The story of The Ardgowan Hospice Singers began over a decade and a half ago with a shared vision of using our voices to celebrate and support the work done at Ardgowan Hospice.
Through the years, we’ve had the privilege of performing at numerous events across Inverclyde.
We have the joy of attending wedding ceremonies where we work with couples to find uplifting pieces that hold personal meaning to them. From ceremonies to receptions, we want to create memorable experiences for both the happy couple and their guests.
We also have the honour of being invited to sing at funerals of those who die under Ardgowan’s care. Our choir approaches these performances with sensitivity and compassion, carefully selecting songs that capture the spirit of the deceased while seeking to bring comfort and solace to those who are mourning.
We understand the emotional significance of these events and offer a range of songs to fit the tone. Whether the mood is joyous, solemn, poignant, or somewhere in the middle, we will strive to meet that tone.
Other performances include carol concerts in the Greenock Town Hall, guilds, residential homes and other local fundraising events.
We would be proud to bring music to your event. If you have an upcoming occasion you’d like the Hospice Singers to perform at, please get in touch with info@ardgowanhospice.org.
