Light Up a Life

You can access our virtual Light Up a Life space. This is a safe, online platform to share photos and memories of your loved one, with the opportunity to give an optional donation towards our charity's services.

You can use our online space to leave a dedication to someone who made your life special, you can leave a message and a treasured photograph to display here on our Light up a Life page. When you do, you will also have the opportunity to make a kind donation to the hospice. This is optional, and will help us care for people with life-limiting illnesses in our community.

The festive period can be especially difficult if you’re grieving the loss of a loved one. This might be your first Christmas without them, or perhaps years have since passed — either way, this time of year can still bring up strong emotions. While we all wish happiness for others during the holidays, it can sometimes feel hard to escape the sense of loss.

A member of our wellbeing team will be available to listen, offer emotional support, and help you find ways to cope during this difficult time. We’ll provide a safe and understanding space for you to talk about your feelings and share how you’ve been managing. We can also suggest strategies that may help you get through the festive period.

You are not alone. We’re here to listen, to care, and to walk alongside you all year round.
