The MYlife service offered by Ardgowan Hospice is designed specifically for individuals who are bereaved and experiencing loneliness or feeling socially isolated. MYlife focuses on seeing people as an asset and what they can do rather than what they can't do, or need help with. It is not a support service in the traditional sense.

We have a calendar of events - online and offline - around Inverclyde and the West of Scotland. The MYlife calendar is designed, facilitated and led by members.

Our Aims
The service seeks to reduce loneliness and social isolation by using a calendar of events to build members’ confidence, provide informal peer support, and establish connections and friendships, and importantly, allow members to have fun along the way.
